Oracle Business Consultant/Analyst for Finance/Accounting Processes
We are looking to add a new team member to work as a full-time employee with PROMATIS as a Business Analyst consulting for our clients as a specialist in Finance/Accounting ERP Applications, working both in the US and Internationally. What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the development of customer presentations on analysis, design and improvement of business processes, specific to solving client’s needs.
- Will be in charge of presenting workshops on behalf of PROMATIS highlighting our solutions and how they can be tailored to client’s business.
- Understanding business automation needs, gathering and documenting requirements, functional specifications, develop test plans producing and presenting the result.
- Collaborate with the functional teams to implement, design and build solutions for business problems with Oracle applications, specifically E-Business Suites, and preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps.
- Execution of user training and coaching as well as supporting tasks during prototyping and test phases.
- Assisting customers with support after deployment, including but not limited to customer and user orientation.
What you ‘ll need to get the job done:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, industrial engineering or computer science. Preferably with a focus on business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle Finance and Accounting: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, PA, SLA, BI, Chart of Accounts, cost analysis, planning, month-end-close processes, any other Finance and Accounting modules in the suite are welcome experiences. User experience is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of database programming in SQL, PL/SQL is a plus.
- You possess quick comprehensive skills, work well in both an independent and team environment.
- Strong business communication skills, and comfort working with developers, executive level, and clients.
- Willing to travel and work in PROMATIS offices and international client sites as well.
- Mid-level experience with Oracle E-Business Suites and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications., ERP, SCM, PPM, EPM, HCM, CX.
- Must be able to facilitate presentations/meetings and interface well with clients.
